Evidentiary Hearings 2010:

The public hearing segment of the Cohen Commission of Inquiry has now concluded. The Commission has turned its attention to a series of evidentiary hearings. 

Hearings will be held Monday through Thursday, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm each day. Hearings are open to the public and will be held at the Federal Court (Vancouver) at 701 West Georgia Street, 8th floor. [Map]

The hearings will cover a broad spectrum of issues, including the Wild Salmon Policy (November 29 to December 3), the Aboriginal World View (December 13 to 15), Harvest Management, Commercial Fishing, and Aboriginal Fishing (March or April 2011).
