CKNW Interview with Chief Bob Chamberlin re: Aquaculture |
The Aquaculture Working Group and K'omoks First Nation held a press conference in front of Fisheries and Oceans Canada Regional Headquarters the morning of Thursday, December 16. The press conference highlighted First Nation concerns about inadequate consultation and engagement during the development of Federal aquaculture regulations and the reissuance of aquaculture licenses. CKNW conducted a brief interview with Chief Bob Chamberlin (forward to seven minute mark), who discussed First Nations potential course of action.
