The First Nations Fisheries Council hosted a Tier 2 IHPC/IFMP Workshop on October 24-25, 2011.The outcome was First Nations advised DFO that work needed to be focused on developing a Tier 1 process that could efectively engage with Tier 2 on fishery planning. An inital meeting of IHPC First Nation participants is scheduled for November 23 and 24 2011 in Richmond, B.C.
